1. What data do we collect and why?

Contact form
If you use the contact form on the site, we process the following data: your name, e-mail address, and the text of your message. We store these solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, based on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).

Cookies
Our website uses cookies for the proper functioning of the website (technical cookies), as well as to analyze visitor behavior (analytical cookies). The placement of analytical and advertising cookies requires your prior consent, which we request upon your first visit to the website.

Advertising platforms
We run Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertisements. These platforms may place their own cookies in your browser, through which we measure the effectiveness of the advertisements and can display targeted ads. The privacy policies of Google and Meta provide information on the data processing related to this.

2. Data transfer to third parties

We do not sell your personal data, nor do we transfer it to unauthorized third parties. Your data may be transferred in the following cases:

  • Google LLC – for analytical and advertising purposes (Google Analytics, Google Ads)
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. – for advertising purposes (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
  • Hosting provider – to the extent necessary for operating the website

In the event of data transfers outside the European Union, the platforms involved apply appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

3. Data retention period

We retain the data provided on the contact form for a maximum of 2 years, or as long as necessary to resolve the given inquiry. In the case of cookies, you can view the expiration time of individual cookies in the cookie settings menu.

4. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data stored about you,
  • request their rectification or erasure,
  • request the restriction of data processing,
  • withdraw your previously given consent,
  • lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (naih.hu).

This privacy policy was prepared in accordance with current EU (GDPR) and Hungarian data protection legislation. We reserve the right to update this policy in response to legislative changes.
